- The Pumpkin Bomb was a temporary trap which was added as a part of the October 27th, 2012, Halloween Update.
- It explodes when an enemy comes into proximity. It works well outside your village, so larger areas of troops are weakened before breaking through.
- The Pumpkin Bomb takes a little time before it can explode, like the regular Bomb .
- It was available during the 2012 Halloween update period and was available again during Halloween 2013.
- Since this trap is no longer available, once it explodes in battle, you can't rearm it again.
- It surprisingly does 1 more damage than a level 2 Bomb and half the damage of a level 1 Mine . However, at the time when the Pumpkin Bomb was available, Traps were not upgradable – the ability to upgrade traps was not added until the November 2013 update .
- The Pumpkin Bomb is the first temporary feature to be added to the game.
- Without the pumpkin on the outside of it, the Pumpkin Bomb would just look like a regular level 1 or 2 Bomb.
