  • The Broom Witch is a temporary troop that is available in the Anime Clash event. She is unlocked when 3,000 is obtained.
  • The Broom Witch is a flying troop that preferentially targets Wizard Towers . She spawns Witch Spirits as she takes damage; for every 200 damage taken, she spawns one Witch Spirit, if she has any remaining. Multiple Witch Spirits may be spawned at once if she takes more than 200 damage in a single hit. When the Broom Witch is defeated, any remaining Witch Spirits she has will be spawned.
  • Broom Witches prioritize Wizard Towers above all other targets, and will bypass all other enemy buildings and troops while any Wizard Towers remain on the battlefield. This is true even if they are under attack by enemy Clan Castle troops, Heroes or Skeleton Trap skeletons. Once all Wizard Towers are destroyed, they will continue to attack any other remaining defenses . Note that like all troops that prioritize defenses, Broom Witches do not consider the Clan Castle to be a defense regardless of whether or not it contains enemy troops, but do consider the activated Town Hall weapon (if any) to be defensive buildings. Once all remaining defenses are destroyed, Broom Witches become like any other troop with no preferred target; they will attack the nearest building to them regardless of type, and will turn and attack enemy units if they become aware of any nearby and can fight back against them.
  • The Broom Witch cannot be upgraded in the Laboratory . Her level is instead determined by the player's Town Hall level.
  • Since Broom Witches target Wizard Towers, you can either destroy these defenses with spells, disable them using an Overgrowth Spell and/or use a portion of your army or Heroes to destroy Wizard Towers, so that the Broom Witches will destroy all other defenses if the other Wizard Towers have been destroyed or are temporarily disabled, while cleanup troops like Minions , Archers and Barbarians can help destroy the remaining buildings.

  • You could have a maximum of 17 Broom Witches at one time in a complete set of fully upgraded Army Camps . On the battlefield, you could clone an additional 8 Broom Witches with four fully upgraded Clone Spells (three from the regular spell inventory and one from a level 10 or higher Clan Castle). These total to a maximum of 25 Broom Witches.
  • Broom Witch may be inspired by Kiki, a young witch and main character of the Japanese animation film Kiki's Delivery Service .
  • So far, the Broom Witch is the only troop to specifically target Wizard Towers, much like Lava Hounds target Air Defenses .
  • Her ability to summon Witch Spirits when damaged is inspired by the Yeti , who does the same thing. However, the Broom Witch summons more sub-troops than the Yeti. Coincidentally, Witch Spirits and Yetimites both target defenses.
