  • The Ram Rider is a temporary troop that was available from December 12, 2022, through December 29, 2022, and made subsequent appearances in the Cookie Rumble (2023) and Toyshop Throwdown (2024) events with a different appearance.
  • Her Special Ability "CHAARRRGEE!" allows her to completely destroy any Walls in her path on route to her first target.
  • She deals extra damage to her initial target and slows the target down in the form of a frost effect.
  • After her initial target is destroyed, she continues to target defenses but attacks them from range. Her normal attacks do not inflict frost.
  • Ram Riders prioritize defensive structures above all other targets, and will bypass all other types of enemy buildings and troops while any defenses remain on the battlefield. This is true even if they are under attack by enemy Clan Castle troops, Heroes or Skeleton Trap skeletons. Note that like all troops that prioritize defenses, Ram Riders do not consider the Clan Castle to be a defense regardless of whether or not it contains enemy troops, but do consider the activated Town Hall weapon (if any) to be defensive buildings. Once all defenses are destroyed, Ram Riders become like any other troop with no preferred target; they will attack the nearest building to them regardless of type, and will turn and attack enemy units if they become aware of any nearby and can fight back against them. However, they will not switch targets to enemy units until their previous target was destroyed.
  • The Ram Rider can easily break wall funnels with her ability to instantly tear down walls when attacking the first defense. She can be an effective substitute to Wall Breakers and Super Wall Breakers , albeit costing slightly more housing space. For simply opening standard closed wall compartments, however, the Super Wall Breaker is most reliable, though the Ram Rider makes up for the extra space taken by being able to do a considerable amount of damage after her charge.
  • She can also destroy defenses on the outer layer of the base, and can even damage the core of the base.
  • Defending against this is like how you would normally defend a Hog Rider ; Giant bombs will cripple them, and putting defending heroes in compartments of defenses will destroy them quickly. Bomb Tower and other splash defenses will also take them out effectively.
  • You could have a maximum of 28 Ram Riders at one time in a complete set of fully upgraded Army Camps . On the battlefield, you could clone an additional 12 Ram Riders with four fully upgraded Clone Spells (three from the regular spell inventory and one from a level 10 or higher Clan Castle). These total to a maximum of 40 Ram Riders.
  • The weapon that the Ram Rider wields is called a bola . Bolas were most famously used by the gauchos, but have been found in excavations of Pre-Columbian settlements, especially in Patagonia, where indigenous peoples used them to catch 200-pound guanacos and rheas.
  • The ram that she rides resembles an " Ovis canadensis " ( bighorn sheep ). Bighorn sheep have large compact curved horns and attack by charging towards their target with their horns, similarly to the Ram Rider's ram in Clash of Clans.
  • In the troop's description, " Oreo and Juliet " is a reference to the theatrical play " Romeo and Juliet " by William Shakespeare . It is also a reference to the brand of cookies called Oreo .
