These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the “Service”, which includes CoCMap.com at https://cocmap.com (clasher.us redirects here) and all mobile applications published by phuocly on Google Play and by Lam Nguyen on the Apple App Store that link to or display these Terms or our Privacy Policy (together, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Fan content disclaimer

Clasher.us and our apps are unofficial fan projects. This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Supercell. Supercell is not responsible for the operation or content of this Service. Clash of Clans, Clash Royale, Brawl Stars, Boom Beach, and related marks are property of Supercell. Use of Supercell intellectual property is subject to Supercell’s Fan Content Policy.

2. Description of the Service

The Service provides fan-made tools and content related to Supercell games, which may include base/layout copy links, guides, rankings, wiki-style information, wallpapers, and related companion features. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued at any time without notice. The Service is provided free of charge and may display advertisements.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be old enough to use the Service under the laws of your country (and at least 13 years old where COPPA or similar rules apply). If you create an account on the website, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

4. License to use the Service

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit the Service or its materials except as expressly allowed;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law;
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data in a way that overloads or harms the Service, or bypass rate limits or security;
• Use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, or harass others;
• Misrepresent affiliation with Supercell or Clasher.us.

5. Intellectual property

Content we create for the Service (layout, original text, design, and original assets) is owned by Clasher.us or its licensors. Supercell game assets, names, and trademarks remain Supercell’s property. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

6. User conduct and submissions

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use that material to operate and improve the Service. You must not submit illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion.

7. Third-party services and links

The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites, apps, APIs, ads, or stores (including Apple App Store, Google Play, and Supercell games). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. App Store terms (Apple)

If you download one of our apps from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and the app publisher (Lam Nguyen / Clasher.us) only, not Apple. The publisher—not Apple—is solely responsible for the app and its content;
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app;
• In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app;
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims relating to the app or your possession/use of it, including product liability, legal/regulatory claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims;
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your license of the app, and may enforce them against you;
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Usage rules for the app must also comply with the Apple Media Services Terms / App Store Terms of Use applicable to you.

9. Google Play

If you download the Android version from Google Play, your use is also subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. In case of conflict between those terms and these Terms regarding Google’s role as distributor, Google’s terms control for that relationship.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT CONTENT (INCLUDING BASE LINKS, STATS, GUIDES, OR RANKINGS) IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.

Game data may depend on public information, community submissions, or third-party APIs and can become outdated.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLASHER.US AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) TEN U.S. DOLLARS (USD $10).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clasher.us and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for conduct we believe violates these Terms or harms the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time and uninstall any app. Provisions that by nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, and indemnity) will survive termination.

14. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would require applying another jurisdiction’s laws. Where a specific forum is required, disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at [email protected].

16. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements on this subject.
